Side by side: Pact X Juventus

In this video, together with the team of Juventus we aim to raise awareness of sports fans and especially young people on the importance of our actions to fight climate change

Turin | Started on 25/04/2023 – Concluded on 30/06/2024

Juventus is aware of its role both in the world of football, as a club, and of the responsibilities and influence of its actions on the environment, as a company. Conscious of this correlation, between corporate and territorial aspects, the club takes on the responsibility to reduce its carbon impact as much as possible. The first step of this process saw Juventus commit to an understanding of its carbon footprint by collecting, where possible, data and information to provide an increasingly accurate service on the framework of its direct and indirect impacts in relation to its own C02 emissions. After collecting data about the carbon footprint of the club, it implemented many measures internally to reduce in-house emissions (more efficient lighting in the stadium, less flights when travelling etc.).

To offset those emissions that could not be omitted, Juventus has selected credits from Pact Capital’s projects. These projects improve the life conditions of children in Africa and provide clean energy to people in Turkey and therefore reflect the priorities of the club which are young fans and clean energy. The positive example of Juventus is worth sharing and following and, therefore, a campaign was created with two videos to motivate fans and also other companies from the sector.
