The Energy Reporting Guide (ERG) is a collaborative effort involving eight journalists from Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. It serves as a comprehensive toolkit for journalists in Southeast Asia, providing them with resources and tools to enhance their reporting on energy and climate change. The ERG includes short video explainers on climate reporting basics, country-specific renewable energy sectors, and data journalism fundamentals. Infographics, social media and data visualization tools, as well as additional resources on energy experts and relevant terms, are also provided to support Southeast Asian journalists in their coverage.
